We love these shoots for one reason - this time goes by SO fast, and we think it's awesome that you want to freeze this moment before it's gone!
For your maternity shoot, we'll go just about anywhere. We like to get you to a time when you're looking preggers but not quite miserable and begging to go into labor (usually around 33-35 weeks unless you're having multiples or planning to deliver early for some reason).
Once your baby is here, our absolute favorite place to photograph newborns is your home! Will we consider other options? Absolutely, but you don't have to pack anyone up and everyone is much more comfortable and real. How soon should you book? As early as possible - preferably within the first week The earlier we get to play with your new little one the easier he or she will be to move around and pose. So the best idea is to let us know as soon as possible after you deliver so we can set up a date.
We do have a first year collection available, so be sure to ask us about it!
Finally - we've had inquiries about whether we come to the hospital, and the answer is YES (schedule dependent, of course). If interested, let us know and we can talk more!
